My Golden Boy

2019

This image captures the carefree unencumbered joy of freedom at the park during a beautiful sunset on a happy day (all pre covid) before the sun went to bed and we made our journey home.

Nothing gold can stay makes me think of the end of the day, with the golden glow of the fading sun and knowing that darkness will come but that so will a new day and another chance to be with nature and chase after the golden light of sunshine and life.

Louise /44, day dreamer photographer and Teaching assistant /Mother of 1 whirlwind boy, sepsis survivor, lover of nature, books and sunshine kisses. Happiest amongst the trees or water, with tea, cake and all my loved ones.

After a near death experience in which it took time to recover and for which I was mostly housebound I decided that once I was well I would pursue creative endeavours in my favourite local park and areas near by my home town of Royal Sutton Coldfield, England..
My inspiration and motivation is my boy and nature so the two are often together in my photography.
