In 1970 I, Ariel Chavarro Avila was born in the Central Andes Mountains in Colombia. I am an environmental contemporary minimalist artist working in the medium of painting particularly with oil and watercolour. My main aim is to communicate with you the public about how important and beautiful is our Planet Earth and to create consciousness regarding how to look and to care for It. I have been collaborating with artists, art curators, art galleries, art dealers, museums and foundations around the world. I have been campaigning to plant millions and billions of trees worldwide and to educate children in poor rural areas globally.
